McLeod Co-op Power’s office hours have been temporarily adjusted to Monday-Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. These changes are being made due to having reduced in-office staffing to receive customer calls during our normal business hours as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. As always, members can still call us after hours to leave a message or report outages. Any messages left after hours will be returned by our staff the next business day. These adjusted hours will remain until further notice.
We’d also like to take this opportunity to remind our members that our office continues to be closed to walk-in traffic. Payments can be made by mail, bank draft, or put in the secure 24-hour drop box at the office entrance. Card payments will be accepted over the phone during our adjusted business hours as our member service representatives can assist with payments.
