Drop Box for Payments

A 24-hour payment drop box is available at our office, 1231 Ford Avenue in Glencoe. We are at the intersection of Hwy. 22 and Ford Avenue.

Direct Payment Plan

The Cooperative’s Direct Payment Plan allows our electric customers to pay their monthly electric bill without ever having to send us another check. The electric bill is paid automatically on the 28th of each month.

Electric members enrolled in the plan will still receive the normal electric bill about the 15th of each month. All charges will be listed, along with a line showing “PAID BY BANKDRAFT,” and the amount which will be deducted from your account. This will allow you approximately 13 days to review your electric bill and to call us with any questions, before the payment will be deducted from your bank account.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing your application. Continue your payment as usual until you see the “PAID BY BANK DRAFT” line on your bill and the balance due is zero.

SIGN-UP FOR DIRECT PAYMENT PLAN

Print the authorization form (PDF). Completely fill it out. Attach a blank or photocopied, voided check blank from the designated account you want the direct payment taken from. Mail it to the Cooperative at:
